Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Since all orders are processed and shipped as per customer requirements and may include perishable or natural wellness products, cancellation is not possible on the same day once the order has been placed.
  2. For cancellation requests, a minimum notice period is required:

    • 1 day prior notice for regular orders
    • 2 days prior notice for large or special orders

    A cancellation fee of up to 5% per order may be applicable.

  3. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to care@jalbooti.com with the subject line:
    “Cancellation Request” and must include:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for cancellation
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase (card, UPI, bank account, or wallet).
  5. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2–3 working days from the date of approval of cancellation.
  6. Jalbooti reserves the full right, at its sole discretion, to approve, reject, modify, or cancel any order, refund, or request based on business or operational requirements.
  7. In certain cases, refunds may be issued as Jalbooti Wallet Credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
